The Global Population Hits 8 Billion

The world’s population has officially surpassed 8 billion people . This milestone raises significant challenges, from food security to climate impact, as countries scramble to accommodate growing numbers while addressing sustainability concerns.

Because of the consequent challenges, I don't consider this a milestone for Earth, hehe. I just hope governments are taking steps to address the needs of the people.
