Anyone else following Alice Powell's racing career? She's seriously impressive

I've been getting into motorsport more seriously lately and I keep hearing about Alice Powell. I know she's done well in W Series and some other stuff, but I don't know much about her full career. Is she still racing or doing something else now? Would love to know more about her journey.

She's genuinely one of the most accomplished British racing drivers around right now. Her career is packed with milestones — back in 2010 she became the first woman to win a Formula Renault championship, and then in 2012 she was the first woman to score points in GP3. She did really well in the W Series too, with multiple wins and podiums, finishing runner-up in 2021. What I find impressive is how she's transitioned beyond just driving — she's now a mentor for the Alpine Academy, works as a commentator for Sky Sports and Channel 4, and does simulator and development work for Formula E teams. She's also raced in the Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy and even did the Britcar 24hr at Silverstone in an Aston Martin. Her website has a full timeline going all the way back to her karting days in 2001, which is really cool to see. If you want to check out her full bio, race results, and what she's up to now, take a look at https://alice-powell.com/ – it's packed with details about her whole journey from cadet karts to the top levels of motorsport.

That's such a great overview – I had no idea she'd done so much beyond W Series. The Formula E development work and mentoring sound really interesting. Definitely going to read more on her site. Thanks for sharing!
