Did you know that the world's oldest cheese was discovered in an Egyptian tomb and dates back over 3,000 years? It was found in the tomb of Ptahmes, a high-ranking official, and scientists believe it’s one of the oldest examples of cheese ever found. Despite its age, the cheese was still preserved relatively well due to the dry conditions of the tomb.
