What’s the most bizarre “milk” you’ve ever seen or tried?

Okay, so we’ve got oat, almond, coconut, cashew, and all the usual suspects. But I just saw potato milk at the store, and I have so many questions. What’s next? Onion milk? Peanut butter milk?? What’s the strangest plant-based “milk” you’ve actually tasted, and was it any good?

Potato milk is definitely a new one! I’ve tried pea milk before, and while it wasn’t terrible, it had a very... earthy taste. Still waiting for someone to turn avocado into milk—seems inevitable at this point!
