Hi guys, any tips you can share on how to adjust your diet based on the weather conditions of the marathon?
 
Great question! In hot weather, focus on staying hydrated with electrolytes and avoid heavy meals—stick to lighter, easy-to-digest carbs. In cooler weather, I usually add more complex carbs and a bit more fat for long-lasting energy. Don’t forget to adjust your salt intake based on how much you sweat! 🏃‍♂️💧
