Hello all! I've seen some adobo recipes that include potatoes, while others don't. For those who add potatoes, do you think it enhances the dish? Or is it better to stick with the classic version? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Definitely a hot topic! I personally love adding potatoes to adobo for that extra heartiness and flavor. It soaks up the delicious sauce and makes the dish even more comforting. But I get why some prefer it without—keeps it classic and simple
