This has probably already been discussed, but I was absent... Does anyone grow alfalfa sprouts at home? Is it as easy as they say? I guess I understand about the Salmonella issue and I THINK I understand too much was being harvested and sold and/or people weren't rinsing the sprouts before eating? I love alfalfa sprouts on my sammies. Can I buy seeds and hope to grow safe sprouts?
