Anyone else fascinated by rogue waves?

I recently stumbled upon the fact that rogue waves—like, those massive, freakishly tall ocean waves that seem to come out of nowhere—are real, and they’re not just rare, either. Ships still get hit by them to this day, and they can tower up to 100 feet! That’s like the size of a 10-story building. How do these things even form? Are there other strange ocean phenomena that aren’t widely talked about?

Rogue waves are fascinating and terrifying! They form due to a mix of factors like currents and wind conditions. Other strange ocean phenomena include bioluminescent waves and underwater volcanoes. The ocean is full of surprises!
