Anyone Else Ignoring User Satisfaction Surveys… or Just Me?

Hey everyone,

Lately, I’ve been thinking about user satisfaction surveys and how often we actually take them seriously. I’ll be honest most of the time I just skip them. After using a product or service, you get that pop-up asking for feedback, and it feels a bit annoying
But recently I had a bad experience with an online service, and I actually filled out the survey in detail. Surprisingly, they responded and even improved the issue I mentioned. That made me realize these surveys might actually matter more than we think.
Still, I feel like many surveys are too long or repetitive, which makes users lose interest quickly. If they were shorter and more to the point, I think more people would engage honestly.
I’ve been reading a bit about this too, and found some useful insights here:

Now I’m curious, do you guys usually fill out these surveys or just ignore them like I used to?
Have you ever seen real changes after giving feedback?

Would love to hear real experiences 👍
