Anyone else lowkey obsessed with the texture of mochi ice cream?

I can’t be the only one who buys mochi ice cream more for the chewy texture than the flavor, right? 😂 There’s just something so satisfying about biting into that soft, stretchy rice dough. Do y’all like the classic flavors or have you found any wild ones I should look for? I’m hunting for recommendations!
