Hey food friends! So I've tried making fries at home more times than I care to admit, but no matter what I do, they always come out a little...meh. I’m aiming for that really crispy exterior and fluffy interior, but somehow they just turn soft and sad after a few minutes. I’ve tried soaking, double-frying, different oils, you name it. Anyone cracked the code on this? Would love to hear if you've found a magic technique!
