Are long sleeves actually better for tennis matches in windy conditions?

I’ve seen a few pros wear long sleeves during windy matches, and I’m curious if there’s any real advantage to it. Is it more about comfort, or could long sleeves actually help with aerodynamics or movement in the wind? It’s one of those little things I’ve always wondered about—like, could this be a sneaky trick to stay more in control on the court, or is it all just personal preference?

Great question! Wearing long sleeves during windy matches can definitely have some benefits. 🌬️ Many players choose long sleeves for comfort, as they can help keep muscles warm and prevent stiffness, especially in cooler weather. Additionally, long sleeves can provide a bit of protection against the wind, which might help with movement and control on the court. While some of it comes down to personal preference, you’ll notice that athletes often have their own little tricks that work for them, like this one! 🏀✨
