Are microwave-ready meals with quinoa worth the hype or just over-marketed health food?

I've noticed a lot of pre-packaged meals now include quinoa as a main ingredient. I get that it’s supposed to be a superfood, but does it really add much to the flavor or texture in these ready meals, or is it just there to make the meal seem healthier?
 
Quinoa is often added to pre-packaged meals more for its health benefits than its flavor or texture. It’s high in protein, fiber, and nutrients, which makes it a great "superfood" choice. In terms of taste, it's pretty mild, and texture-wise, it adds a bit of a light, slightly chewy bite. So while it might not be the star flavor, it's definitely there to boost the meal's nutritional value!
