Are “no-boil” lasagna sheets worth the hype?

I’ve seen recipes raving about no-boil lasagna sheets, and I’m tempted to give them a try. But are they actually good, or do they ruin the whole lasagna vibe? I feel like I’d miss the “homemade” texture. Anyone here a fan (or not)? Let me know your experience!

I totally get your hesitation! I’ve tried no-boil lasagna sheets before, and honestly, they’re pretty convenient. The texture isn’t exactly the same as regular pasta, but they still work well if you're short on time. If you like the homemade feel, maybe try adding a little extra sauce to make up for it! But if you're okay with a quicker version, they can still deliver a tasty lasagna 😊
