Are video games considered a form of art now?

I feel like video games have come a long way in terms of storytelling and design. Would you guys say they’ve crossed into the realm of art, or is that still a stretch?

I totally agree that video games have really evolved, especially in storytelling and design! Many games now feel like interactive movies, with deep narratives and stunning visuals that draw you in. It's definitely not a stretch to say they’ve crossed into the realm of art; they combine music, storytelling, and visuals in such a unique way. Plus, games can make you feel so many emotions, just like a great movie or piece of art. What are some of your favorite games that you think really showcase this artistic side?

Hey, ik ben het helemaal met je eens dat sommige games echt kunstwerken zijn, maar soms wil ik gewoon iets compleet anders om even te ontspannen. Zo kwam ik laatst terecht bij rooks bet casino, waar ze voor spelers uit Nederland aparte bonussen aanbieden. Ik begon met een paar kleine rondes op Starburst, verloor eerst wat, maar toen ik iets meer risico nam kreeg ik ineens een flinke winst die echt mijn avond opvrolijkte. Sindsdien gebruik ik het af en toe als een leuke manier om even te ontspannen en toch wat spanning te voelen, helemaal los van alle virtuele avonturen.
