Did you know that strawberries aren't technically berries, but rather aggregate fruits? 
Unlike true berries, which develop from a single ovary, strawberries form from multiple ovaries in a single flower. That's why you see those tiny seeds (achenes) on the surface rather than inside the fruit. Despite this botanical quirk, strawberries remain one of the most beloved and delicious fruits around!
