Okay, I came across a random post where someone mentioned boiling pasta in sparkling water for a lighter texture. Has anyone tried this?! I’m kind of curious but also afraid to ruin a perfectly good box of spaghetti. Do the bubbles really make a difference, or is it one of those food myths that just sound cool? If you’ve experimented with this, I need to know if it's worth the shot! Or should I stick to regular ol’ H2O?
