Casu Marzu is a Sardinian cheese known as the most dangerous cheese in the world. 🧀 It is made from sheep's milk and is intentionally infested with live insect larvae (maggots) to ferment the cheese. 🪱 While it's a delicacy for some, it is illegal in many countries because of health concerns. 😯

Casu Marzu is definitely one of the wildest cheeses out there! 🧀😯 Infested with live maggots to get that unique flavor—talk about daring dining! No wonder it’s banned in many places.
