In a rather tension filled and sensitive manner, the Blue Cross of India managed to answer a distress call in North Madras where a cat had its paw stuck in the grills of a 20 story building. Reacting quickly and proactively, the rescue team had to explain the situation and grasp the interested residents’ attention along with placing necessary safety apparatus to get to the dangerous place on the terrace. A video shared by the rescuers demonstrates the process of the cat’s descent and the process of its pulling out from between the grills while purring with fear; all the videos of the cat’s rescue were posted on the official profiles of the rescuers.
