Cheese Rolling is a quirky British tradition where participants race down a steep hill after a rolling wheel of Double Gloucester cheese, which can reach speeds of up to 70 miles per hour! 
The race takes place every year at Cooper’s Hill in Gloucestershire and has been a part of British culture for centuries, possibly originating from a pagan or medieval springtime celebration. 
Competitors aim to catch the cheese or simply beat it to the bottom, often tumbling along the way. The event attracts crowds from around the world, despite the high risk of injury, and the winner is believed to have good luck for the year!
