Following Chef Andrew Zimmern's recommendations led me to some of the most memorable dining experiences in the US. From the best pizza in Brooklyn to exquisite cebiche in San Francisco, each meal was a culinary delight. Meeting local chefs and hearing their stories added depth to the flavors. It was a gastronomic journey that showcased the diversity and richness of American cuisine, and I left each restaurant with a full stomach and a happy heart.
