Cookie vs. Chocolate

Cookie in this case not referred to any chocolate cookie.

When we eat cookies we feel they are dry and need to have some liquid like soda to wash them down whereas for chocolate (like a bar of chocolate) we don't feel they are dry when we eat them, instead we feel the chocolate is melting in our mouth...

Is there any way that we can make cookies to be just like a bar of chocolate when we eat them?

You could try adding more butter or a bit of melted chocolate into the cookie dough to make them richer and softer, giving them that melt-in-your-mouth feel like a chocolate bar.
