Cooking fails! What’s the worst dish you’ve ever made?

We all have those epic kitchen disasters where things just didn’t go as planned. What’s been your worst cooking fail? I once burnt lasagna so badly it fused to the pan. Anyone else care to share their horror stories?

Oh man, I’ve had my share of cooking fails! Once, I tried to make a soufflé, and it turned into a flat pancake!

Haha, oh man, I feel your pain! One time I tried making homemade pizza, but somehow the dough expanded way too much and it turned into this massive, doughy blob that took over my oven! Cleaning that up was not fun.
