Canning has become a cherished tradition in my kitchen. I love making jams, pickles, and sauces to enjoy throughout the year. One of my favorite projects was canning homemade tomato sauce using garden-fresh tomatoes. It captured the taste of summer in a jar and was perfect for winter pasta dishes.
