Did You Know? 22 Observers Needed to Decide Olympic Race in 1964!

Back in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, technology wasn't as advanced as it is today. In fact, they needed a whopping 22 observers to figure out who won some of the running races! Can you imagine trying to keep track of that many runners with just your eyes? No high-speed cameras meant no instant replays. Talk about a nail-biter finish!
 
Wow, that’s crazy! I think it shows how intense the competition was, though I wonder if they’d use tech for that today. 🤔🏃‍♂️
