I just found out that the Eiffel Tower can grow up to 6 inches taller in the summer because the metal expands in the heat! I’ve never heard anyone mention that before. Imagine the poor maintenance crew adjusting for the summer growth! Anyone else know of other famous structures that change with the weather?
