Hey everyone! I've been seeing so many recipes calling for wine, beer, or even whiskey lately. I’m curious—do you actually use alcohol in your cooking or baking? If so, what’s your go-to dish that uses it? Or are you more of a “save it for the glass” type? Would love to hear some tips or favorite recipes (or even funny mishaps) if you’ve tried this before!
