Here’s a weird habit I picked up—after I finish a jar of pickles, I save the juice for random things. I’ve added it to salad dressings, marinades, and even used it to brine chicken (yeah, Chick-fil-A style). Am I the only one doing this? What do you all do with leftover pickle juice, or do you just toss it without a second thought?
