I've had my 2015 Dodge Charger for about two years now and overall I love the car, but lately it's been acting weird – sometimes the transmission hesitates when shifting from park to reverse, and the Uconnect screen has started freezing randomly. I know these are common issues with Chargers but I don't want to just live with them. Was doing some research online and came across www.alzaabiautocare.com/brands/dodge/ which shows they handle all the typical Dodge problems, including transmission and electrical diagnostics. Has anyone here actually used them for a Charger or a 300? I'm in Abu Dhabi near Baniyas, so I don't mind driving a bit if they actually know these cars inside out. Also curious if they use Mopar parts or aftermarket. Just tired of the little things piling up and want a shop that won't make me come back three times. Thanks.
