So I was organizing my pantry today (read: procrastinating real chores), and I realized I have FOUR jars of paprika, and one is literally expired. Please tell me I’m not the only one who buys spices thinking I’ll get super creative in the kitchen and then completely forget about them. What’s your go-to way to actually use those spices collecting dust?
Haha, you’re definitely not alone! I have a ton of spices I totally forgot about too. For paprika, I love tossing it in roasted veggies, or even adding a little to soups and stews for that smoky flavor!
