Hi, all! This might sound a bit out there, but I’ve started using cold-brew coffee in savory dishes (like braises or marinades) for a slightly smoky, bitter note, and I swear it works! Has anyone else played around with this idea, or am I just being weird? Haha. I’d love to hear if anyone has any creative ways to use cold-brew beyond just drinking it! ️🍽
