At the Leon Gallery auction, both the copy of the Philippine Independence Declaration and Fernando Amorsolo's 'Under the Mango Tree' set new records for the highest sale price. 
Amorsolo's art was sold at 57,676,800 PHP, beating his previous record of 46.7 million PHP set by his 1931 work, 'Mango Gatherers', in 2018.
Meanwhile, the copy of the 1898 Philippine Declaration of Independence was sold at 11,415,200 PHP, setting a world record for the highest rate ever paid for a single document. This figure doubled the initial record set by the letter of Andres Bonifacio to Emilio Jacinto.
