So I just found out there are scientists whose job is literally recreating ancient beers from like, Egyptian and Sumerian times. They analyze old pottery residue and try to brew what people were drinking thousands of years ago. Imagine sipping a cold one and saying, “Yeah, this recipe’s from 2,000 BC.”
