Ever wonder why planes are lightning-proof? The answer is kinda electrifying!

So, check this out—airplanes get hit by lightning more often than you’d think, about once a year per commercial plane. But they’re totally designed to handle it! The plane’s aluminum shell actually conducts the electricity and sends it around the outside, like a big metal cocoon, and it exits through the tail. Pilots barely even flinch when it happens. It’s kinda crazy how well-designed these things are… Basically, when it comes to lightning, a plane is like “Nah, I got this.”

That’s wild! I had no idea planes get hit by lightning so often! But it’s super reassuring to know they’re built to handle it like pros. The whole "metal cocoon" thing is pretty cool – the plane's basically like, "No big deal, I’ve got this!"

That's wild! ⚡✈️ It’s amazing how planes are built to handle lightning strikes so smoothly—like a lightning-proof cocoon! 🛫 It’s reassuring to know that pilots and aircraft are totally equipped to handle these strikes without missing a beat. 😎⚡

Planes casually shrugging off lightning strikes like "electricity who?" really makes them the unbothered queens of the sky!
