Exploring exotic spices has been an exciting journey. Discovering spices like sumac, za’atar, and fenugreek has added new dimensions to my cooking. Using them in traditional dishes or experimenting with fusion cuisine has been both educational and delicious. One of my favorite discoveries was using sumac to add a tangy twist to roasted chicken.
