Fermenting beverages like kefir and kvass at home has been a fascinating journey. I started with water kefir, experimenting with different fruits and flavors. The probiotic benefits and the unique, tangy taste make it a refreshing drink. My latest adventure is making beet kvass, which has a rich, earthy flavor and is incredibly nutritious.
