Mohammad Abu Al Qumsan was left devastated after an Israeli strike on his home in Gaza killed his wife Jumana, a pharmacist, and their newborn twins, Aysal and Aser, just as he was collecting their birth certificates. Footage captured his heartbreak at Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, where he knelt beside their shrouded bodies. Jumana had recently celebrated the birth of their "miracle" twins on social media, but the ongoing Israeli offensive has turned Gaza into a war-torn wasteland, leaving families shattered and the humanitarian crisis deepening, with over 40,000 Palestinians killed, including many children.
