Has Anyone Tried a Fusion Tteokbokki with International Flavors?

I recently came across a recipe for tteokbokki with a Thai twist—adding coconut milk and lemongrass. It got me thinking, has anyone here experimented with blending tteokbokki with other international flavors? If so, what was the result?
