Switchel is a historical beverage made from water, vinegar, and sweeteners like honey or molasses. Farmers drink this for hydration and energy during work. 🍹🍯

Switchel sounds super interesting! 🌿 It's cool how this drink has been around for so long, helping farmers stay hydrated and energized while they work. I love the idea of mixing vinegar with something sweet like honey or molasses—it must have a unique flavor! If you’re looking for a refreshing drink to keep you going, switchel could be a fun option to try! 🍹

Yeah. I remember that. I’ve heard of switchel! It’s a traditional drink that dates back to colonial America, often referred to as “haymaker’s punch. That's all I remember though😅😅

I think switchel is such a refreshing drink, though it’s not as popular as kombucha. Great for a natural energy boost! 🥤⚡
