I've been thinking a lot about my health journey lately. It wasn't about making big changes overnight; it was more about doing small things consistently. Some weeks went really well, and other weeks I felt like I was starting all over again.
One thing I noticed is that everyone seems to have a different experience. What works for one person doesn't always work for someone else, so I've been trying to learn from real people instead of only reading general advice.
