Now, millions of people of the USA comprised another day of heat-wave with some hurricane activities threatening to bring a little bit of a relieve later in the day while the Midwest continued experiencing severe floodings. From Virginia to the northern states of Maine, the Midwestern states, and even California’s interior, authorities cautioned the inhabitants about the scorching temperatures and high humidity. The National Weather Service had predicted that the heat index, which combines the temperature and relative humidity, would be over 100 degrees, 107 to be precise, in Oklahoma. In the region of Midwest, abundant precipitation led to the floods, primarily the northwest of Iowa where Thursday thirteen rivers escaped their courses resulting to the evacuation and record high water spencer in the area. Some of the incidents reported in the midwest and surrounding area included Iowa’s Governor declaring a disaster for 21 counties and South Dakota’s Governor declaring an emergency because of heavy rainfall. Subscribers in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, heard the directive to leave the area voluntarily and accept forced ejection if water rises in the rivers. However, despite that, heat was a massive issue and any green news involved precautions against heat and the measures necessary to prevent one from suffering from heat-related issues.
