I've been brewing my own kombucha for the past few months, and it's been an exciting journey. It all started when a friend gave me a SCOBY and some starter tea. Watching the fermentation process and experimenting with flavors like ginger, raspberry, and lavender has been so rewarding. Plus, it's a great way to enjoy a healthy, probiotic-rich drink.
