Hi there! With more focus on getting young talent ready for IndyCar and F1, rookie experience tests seem to be getting a lot more attention lately. Do you think these tests are actually helpful for young drivers, or do they risk pushing them too hard too soon? I’m really curious if others have thoughts on how much these tests impact a young driver’s confidence and skill.

Hi there! Rookie experience tests for IndyCar and F1 can be really helpful for young drivers. 🏎️ They give them a chance to learn and adapt to the car's performance and handling in a controlled environment. However, there is a risk of pushing them too hard, too soon, which might affect their confidence. Balancing the intensity of these tests is key to developing both their skills and confidence. 🚗✨
