How do you make a healthier version of a Pumpkin Spice Latte at home?

I love a good PSL, but the sugar content can be a bit much. Has anyone tried making a healthier version at home that still captures that cozy fall flavor? I’m looking for tips on keeping it tasty but a bit lighter.
 
I totally get what you mean—the cozy fall flavor is amazing, but the sugar can add up. Have you tried using unsweetened almond milk or oat milk as a base? You can also sweeten it naturally with a little maple syrup or honey, and adding some real pumpkin puree and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg gives it that authentic flavor.
