How do you track obscure sports stats?

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to get more into some lesser-followed sports (think rugby sevens, handball, etc.), but it’s so hard to find good stats on them! For those of you who follow niche sports, how do you stay up to date with player stats, match data, or even team news? Any hidden gems of websites or apps out there?
