“Fall seven times, stand up eight.” I stumbled upon this Japanese proverb and it really made me think about resilience. What does it mean to you? Do you have any personal experiences that relate to this saying?
 
That’s a powerful quote! For me, it’s a reminder that setbacks are just part of the journey and persistence is key. I’ve had times when I faced challenges and wanted to give up, but pushing through and standing up again made all the difference.
