Hey everyone! I recently dealt with a name correction on Volaris ticket and wanted to share my experience in case it helps anyone else going through the same stress.

- Minor corrections (1–3 characters) are generally allowed but may carry a fee depending on when you request the change.
- Contact Volaris ASAP the earlier you catch it, the smoother the process. I called their customer service line at 1-855-865-2747 and resolved it within one call.
- Have your booking reference and ID ready; they'll need to verify identity before making any changes.
- Online options exist; you can also try managing it through "My Trips" on their website before calling.
- Complete name changes (different person) are not permitted per airline policy.
