How Old is the Oldest Musical Instrument?

I read somewhere that the oldest musical instrument is a flute found in Germany. Does anyone know more about its age and what it's made from?

Oh yeah, I've heard about that flute! It's actually from Slovenia, not Germany. Crazy to think it's over 40,000 years old, right? And get this—it's made from the bone of a cave bear!
