How to write refund email

Hi! I want to send a refund request to LUMI, but I’m unsure how detailed the email should be. Should it be short or include all subscription info?
 
Hi! I would go with a detailed email. I included my subscription type, purchase date, and a clear reason that matched their refund rules. I also attached supporting screenshots just to avoid delays. With lumi refund, it worked perfectly for me - they replied after reviewing everything and processed it without complications. Keeping copies of all emails and attachments is really helpful.
