Is Cereal a Soup? Let’s Settle This Once and For All

This argument has divided my friend group: Is cereal a type of soup? I mean, technically, it’s a liquid base (milk or whatever) with “chunks” in it, which is basically soup logic, right? Or am I just completely off the rails here? What’s your take—and while we’re at it, does this make hot dog water a broth? Let’s get philosophical about food, folks.
